On the morning of December 1, the Second Congress of Communist Party Members in the Lawyers’ Industry of Shenyang City was solemnly held at the Municipal Justice Bureau. Wang Peijun, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Justice Bureau, and Yang Yining, Director of the Fourth Division of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. He Yang, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal Justice Bureau and Head of the Political Department, presided over the first phase of the meeting.
