Recently, at the partners’ meeting of Tongfang, it was unanimously approved by vote to promote attorneys Shi Mo, Jia Jiayu, and Liu Yutong to the status of partners.
On December 8, lawyers Yang Xingquan, Chairman of the Partner Meeting and Director of Tongfang Law Firm; Han Ying, Senior Partner and Member of the Management Committee; Li Jing, Senior Partner and Member of the Management Committee; and numerous fellow lawyers held a promotion ceremony for three lawyers at the Qingchuang Space on the 43rd floor of Tongfang. The promotion ceremony was chaired by lawyer Han Ying.

Partner Shi Mo
Master of Civil and Commercial Law from Shenyang Normal University, partner at Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm, director of the Shenyang Municipal Construction Law Association, member of the Housing Committee of Tongfang Law Firm, and member of the Tongfang Law Firm’s Public Welfare Committee. His primary practice areas include construction engineering and real estate matters.
With ten years of experience in construction and real estate dispute litigation, we also excel in corporate matters, private lending, marital and inheritance disputes, and labor disputes.
Liaoning Province Professional and Technical Title, Fourth-Level Lawyer Certificate, Senior Instructor at the Green Island School of Hotel Management, Shenyang Urban College.
Partner Jia Jiayu
Bachelor’s degree from Liaoning University, specializing in civil, commercial, and criminal cases. Has handled numerous high-profile, province-wide cases involving organized crime and evil forces, corruption and bribery cases involving substantial sums of money, as well as complex and highly challenging financial crimes. Highly regarded by clients and their families.
Partner Liu Yutong
Master of Laws from Jilin University, Senior Economist, and a member of the Communist Party of China. With 16 years of experience in the legal profession, he has demonstrated outstanding achievements and extensive experience in government legal services, civil and commercial litigation, administrative litigation, and corporate legal services.
Drafted or revised administrative regulation drafts, local regulation drafts, and normative documents on multiple occasions; developed administrative enforcement systems and standards, as well as guidelines for addressing difficult and complex issues. Conducted in-depth research to resolve dozens of challenging issues in administrative enforcement. Deeply involved in the revision of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Road Transport,” and was recognized by the Ministry of Transport as an “Outstanding Individual in the Comprehensive Survey and Application of Research Outcomes on the Development of the Road Transport Industry in the New Era.” Led the drafting of the “Liaoning Province Regulations on Passenger Taxi Management (Draft),” and the quality and outcomes of the team’s work received unanimous praise from the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress and relevant government departments. Represented and handled numerous complex and significant civil, commercial, and administrative litigation cases with outstanding results, successfully helping clients recover substantial economic losses.
