On November 17, 2025, Liaoning Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm held a partners’ meeting, during which the partners elected and approved Attorney Zhao Jing, a senior partner, as the Executive Director of Liaoning Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm.
To further enhance our city’s professional capabilities in foreign-related legal services and explore new ideas and approaches for the development of such services, on November 4, Zhao Zhigang, Party Secretary and Director of the Huludao Municipal Justice Bureau, along with Deputy Director Geng Baiyang and Xiao Dan, Head of the Lawyers’ Affairs Division, visited Liaoning Tongfang (Huludao) Law Firm to conduct a special research study.
Recently, at the partners’ meeting of Tongfang, it was unanimously approved by vote that attorneys Gao Honggang, Wu Nan, Zhou Shijin, and Sun Yongcheng have been promoted to senior partners, while attorneys Xu Peng’en and Lu Zongxing have been promoted to partners.
On November 1, the Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm held a grand joint development conference for its headquarters and branch offices, themed “Uniting Hearts and Strengths—Discussing Common Development,” along with the unveiling ceremony for its Benxi branch office, in Benxi.
On October 27, 2025, the swearing-in ceremony for newly practicing lawyers in Shenyang for the fall of 2025 was successfully held.

To effectively strengthen the development of young lawyers in the new era, proactively seize the new opportunities and challenges brought about by the evolving situation and tasks to the legal profession, and further unite the strength of young lawyers while supporting their growth, Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm held a seminar on the development of young lawyers on October 26, 2025. On the afternoon of October 23, the founding ceremony of the Tongfang Low-Altitude Economic Legal Service Center was solemnly held at the Young Lawyers’ Academy on the 45th floor of Tongfang Law Firm.
Recently, lawyer Wang Xiyu, a partner at Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm, helped his client initiate a retrial procedure through the supervision of the procuratorate. Acting on behalf of Company A, Lawyer Wang Xiyu is representing his client in a retrial dispute over the construction subcontracting contract involving Companies B and C.
