To further enhance our city’s professional capabilities in foreign-related legal services and explore new ideas and approaches for the development of such services, on November 4, Zhao Zhigang, Party Secretary and Director of the Justice Bureau of Huludao City 、 Deputy Director Geng Baiyang 、 Section Chief of the Lawyers’ Affairs Section, Xiao Dan A group of three people arrived at Liaoning Tongfang (Huludao) Law Firm to conduct a special research study.
