Recently, following deliberation and voting at the 7th Congress of the Liaoning Provincial Association for Promoting Economic and Cultural Development, Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm has been elected as a standing director unit of the Liaoning Provincial Association for Promoting Economic and Cultural Development, and Liaoning Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm has been elected as a director unit of the same association.
The Liaoning Province Economic and Cultural Development Promotion Association was established in September 1994. It is an outstanding social organization at the AAAA level, sponsored by the provincial government, the provincial People’s Congress, and the provincial Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and is supervised by the Research Office of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government. Currently, the association has over 1,000 members. The basic mission and guiding principle of the Liaoning Province Economic and Cultural Development Promotion Association are to promote Liaoning’s economic development, foster its cultural prosperity, and advance social harmony and development in Liaoning. Entrepreneurs, business leaders, and artists from various sectors, economic fields, and cultural disciplines across Liaoning Province constitute the association’s core strength. To align Liaoning’s socio-economic and socio-cultural development with global trends and to facilitate integration into the global economy, the association has engaged in extensive and multifaceted exchanges and collaborations with organizations worldwide. Over the years, it has organized numerous influential international conferences and study tours, fostering meaningful interactions and cooperation on a global scale.
Being elected is both an honor and a responsibility. Taking this election as an opportunity, Tongfang will actively fulfill its duties and responsibilities, deeply engage in the work of the promotion association, and leverage its professional legal expertise to provide robust legal support for Liaoning Province’s economic and cultural development, thereby injecting solid rule-of-law strength into Liaoning’s high-quality economic and cultural advancement.
