On April 16, 2025, the Legal Affairs Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy held a special research seminar on “The Rule-of-Law Safeguards for the Digital Economy” in the conference room of the Liaoning Provincial Committee headquarters of the China Association for Promoting Democracy. The meeting was chaired by Huang Xiaoxing, Director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy. Attendees included more than 20 participants, including some leaders of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, university scholars specializing in the digital economy, legal experts, practitioners, and professional lawyers.
