Preface INTRODUCTION

The Liaoning Provincial Lawyers Association has organized the selection process for members of the 10th Council’s Specialized Committees and Professional Committees. After submission and recommendation, qualification review, and interview assessments, the Party Committee of the Liaoning legal profession has studied and finalized the proposed candidates for chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and secretaries-general of the Specialized Committees and Professional Committees, and these candidates have now been publicly announced. The announcement period has now expired. Several lawyers from Tongfang Law Firm have assumed their duties; the specific list is as follows:
