On the afternoon of April 11, 2024, Zhao Bin, Chairman of the Legal and Institutional Affairs Committee of the Shenyang Municipal People's Congress, along with a delegation of eight members, visited Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm for research and guidance. Accompanied by Yang Xingquan, Director of Tongfang Law Firm; Cao Yuanjun, Secretary of the Party Committee; Li Jing, Senior Partner, and other colleagues, Chairman Zhao Bin and his delegation toured Tongfang’s Youth Innovation Space, office areas, and activity zones in turn, and then held an exchange and discussion meeting in the Party-building conference room.

During the research visit, Director Yang Xingquan briefed Director Zhao Bin on the current development status of Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm from four perspectives: scale, specialization, branding, and internationalization. He particularly highlighted Tongfang’s Party-building efforts, management scale, development plan for young lawyers, achievements in professional specialization, as well as its business characteristics and ongoing developments.

After the research was completed, both sides held an in-depth discussion together in the Party-building conference room. Director Yang Xingquan, on behalf of Tongfang Law Firm, extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the Municipal People’s Congress Legal and Institutional Committee for their visit and guidance, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Committee’s long-term care and support of Tongfang Law Firm. Director Yang Xingquan stated that Tongfang Law Firm will continue to take Party building as its guiding principle, constantly enhancing the professionalism and service level of its legal team, and actively fulfilling its social responsibilities.
