To thoroughly implement the spirit of the "Notice issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the System of Legal Advisors and the System of Public and Corporate Lawyers," as well as the "Opinions of the Central Commission for Comprehensive Law-Based Governance on Strengthening the Work of Legal Advisors in Party and Government Organs and Fully Leveraging Their Role," and to continuously enhance the quality and level of scientific, democratic, and law-based decision-making by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and to fully harness the positive role of legal advisors in serving the province’s high-quality economic and social development and advancing the rule-of-law construction, the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government have decided to appoint 24 experts, lawyers, and staff members from provincial (central) government agencies as legal advisors to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, with a term of office of three years. Attorney Yang Xingquan, Chairman of the Partners’ Meeting and Director of Tongfang Law Firm, and Attorney Cao Yuanjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Senior Partner of Tongfang Law Firm, have been honorably appointed.
