On December 26, 2024, the joint meeting of practical departments for the co-construction of the Ministry of Education’s Collaborative Training Innovation Base for Foreign-related Rule-of-Law Talents was held at Shenyang Normal University. At the meeting, Tongfang was awarded the plaque designating it as the “Internship and Practice Base for Cultivating Foreign-Related Rule of Law Talents at Shenyang Normal University.” ， Senior Partner Yu Liu of Tongfang Law Firm has been appointed as an expert at the Research Base for Foreign-related Rule of Law at Shenyang Normal University. 。

More than 50 people, including 13 legal experts from political and legal organs, law firms, notary offices, and arbitration institutions in Liaoning Province, members of the Collaborative Training Innovation Base for Foreign-Related Rule-of-Law Talents at Shenyang Normal University, as well as faculty and student representatives, participated in this joint meeting.

At the meeting, the university leadership and the experts engaged in thorough discussions and conducted a detailed and rigorous review of the “Charter for the Joint Meeting of the Collaborative Innovation Base for Cultivating Foreign-Related Rule-of-Law Talents at Shenyang Normal University.” After comprehensive consideration, all parties unanimously voted to adopt the charter and jointly signed it. This initiative will further enhance the practical teaching standards in the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talents, foster high-quality, application-oriented professionals in this field, and establish a high-caliber base for research and development in foreign-related rule of law.
