In the report to the 20th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the paramount significance of comprehensively governing the country according to law and clearly set forth the ambitious goal of advancing the building of a rule-of-law China. Achieving this goal depends on a development path in which a law-based state, a law-based government, and a law-based society are closely integrated and work together in a coordinated manner.

As a key force in building a society ruled by law, the legal profession plays an irreplaceable and vital role in promoting steady economic development and upholding social fairness and justice. In their daily practice, lawyers provide various legal services with professionalism and efficiency, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of their clients and, through their everyday actions, helping to ensure that the principles of social fairness and justice take root and flourish in society.

Recently, representatives to the National People's Congress and members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from Tongfang Law Firm have actively participated in the sessions of the provincial, municipal, and district-level People's Congresses and CPPCC conferences. At these important meetings, acting in their official capacities as NPC deputies and CPPCC members, they have demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and diligently fulfilled their duties.
