The members of the two specialized committees must firmly uphold political principles, take the lead in practicing Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law; they must standardize their practice to build strong brands, take the initiative to deepen their expertise in specific fields and conduct professional research; they must serve the broader interests and enhance their public image, taking the lead in fulfilling social responsibilities; and they must set clear goals and strive for excellence, actively participating in the construction of Shenyang as an international hub in Northeast Asia and contributing to the city’s economic and social development.
