With the upcoming implementation of the new Company Law, following the detailed, article-by-article training course on the new Company Law, Tongfang’s Business Development and Professionalization Committee, in collaboration with Tongfang’s Corporate and Investment & M&A Committee, has jointly organized this additional training session to further deepen understanding of the core content of the regulations. This session is led by lawyer Zhang Guodong and takes a practical approach, addressing 17 frequently encountered issues in an effort to integrate real-world challenges into the theoretical framework for effective resolution. Through these two training sessions on the new Company Law, theory has become grounded in reality, and practical application now has a solid foundation.
During the training, everyone took careful notes, actively shared their insights and experiences, and the learning atmosphere was very strong.
The “Tongfang Academy” professional training program is an important initiative undertaken by Tongfang Law Firm to promote academic research and professional exchange. Since its launch in 2020, it has received strong support from lawyers within Tongfang, colleagues in the legal profession, and members of society at large.
