On January 10, 2024, the Third Session of the 17th People’s Congress of Shenyang City successfully concluded at the Liaoning Provincial People’s Hall. Lawyer Cao Yuanjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongfang Law Firm, attended the session as a deputy to the Shenyang Municipal People’s Congress and actively offered suggestions and advice.
Attorney Cao Yuanjun received multiple honors at this conference. The Second Delegation Group of Heping District, which he led as group leader, was awarded the title of Outstanding Delegation Group for this session. Individually, he was recognized as an Outstanding Performing Delegate, and his proposal titled “Suggestions on Establishing a Joint Training Mechanism for the Legal Profession Community in Shenyang City” was honored as an Outstanding Delegate Proposal.
Attorney Cao Yuanjun stated that he will always conscientiously fulfill the duties and powers conferred upon him by the Constitution and laws, perform his duties as a representative in strict accordance with the law, and fully leverage his role as a representative in participating in decision-making, exercising oversight and promotion, serving as a bridge and link, and setting an exemplary example.
