Since its establishment, the Tongfang Public Welfare and Social Responsibility Committee has actively responded to public welfare initiatives organized by various levels of government in Shenyang City. At the same time, it has called on more young lawyers to join the ranks of public welfare volunteers, striving to build a public welfare team that is passionate, principled, and full of compassion. On April 16, 2023, the committee participated in a tree-planting event organized by the Shenyang Lawyers Association, contributing its own efforts to building a beautiful and ecologically sound Shenyang.
The public welfare initiatives of the Tongfang Public Welfare and Social Responsibility Committee have been continuously on the move. In 2024, the Tongfang Public Welfare Committee will continue to build momentum and move forward, actively responding to the organization’s call, engaging in more public welfare activities, and taking on greater social responsibility.

As Vice President of the Shenyang Youth Volunteer Association and Advisor to Tongfang’s Public Welfare Committee, Attorney Han Ying has consistently devoted herself to public welfare with great enthusiasm. Not only does she lead Tongfang’s Public Welfare Committee in carrying out charitable initiatives, but she herself actively participates in social公益 activities through concrete actions. For nine consecutive years, she has established the “Attorney Han Ying Inspirational Scholarship” at the School of Humanities and Law of Northeastern University. This year, she also donated clothing to the Shenyang Charity Square Public Welfare Foundation, providing targeted assistance to disadvantaged groups and playing a leading and exemplary role in the community.
