At the symposium, Director Pan stated that the “new social strata” refers to a new social group that has emerged in the non-public sector and in various social fields as China has pursued reform and opening up and developed its socialist market economy. This group primarily comprises four categories of individuals: first, managers and technical personnel from private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises; second, professionals working in intermediary organizations and social organizations; third, freelancers; and fourth, professionals working in new media. The Shenyang New United Association was established on October 31, 2017, and over the past seven years has continuously grown and strengthened. Through initiatives such as practice and innovation bases and networking organizations, it has fully harnessed the members’ proactive and active participation in economic development and social progress.

Director Yang Xingquan stated that lawyers, as professionals in the legal industry, are not only experts providing legal services to clients but also bear significant social responsibilities.
