Recently, at a training session on lawyer management, law enforcement, and disciplinary practices for the provincial judicial administration system—organized by the Department of Justice of Liaoning Province—our partner attorney Lin Lin was invited to serve as a member of the panel in a simulated court hearing for administrative litigation cases. Also serving on the panel were Attorney Chen Guoxing, Director of the Management Committee of Liaoning Guance Law Firm and Chairman of the 10th Professional Committee on Government Legal Advisors of the Liaoning Lawyers Association, and Di Gang, Vice Chairman of the Specialized Committee on Public-Service Corporate Lawyers under the 10th Council of the Liaoning Lawyers Association. The simulated plaintiffs and defendants were trainees from the Justice Bureaus of Shenyang City and Dalian City.
During this mock trial, Attorney Lin Lin diligently fulfilled her duties as a member of the collegial panel, providing on-site commentary on the performance of both the plaintiff and defendant during the trial. She also offered guidance on the relevant legal knowledge and trial techniques involved in the administrative case under review.
