On January 12, 2024, accompanied by Liu Wei, President of the Liaoning Chinese Association in Russia and Senior Advisor on Russian affairs at Tongfang Law Firm, representatives from the Russian law firm Teplyakov Alexey Anatolevich—Solodkiy Ivan and Allakherdiev Shamsi—paid a return visit and conducted an exchange of business at Tongfang Law Firm. Yang Xingquan, Partner and Director of Tongfang Law Firm, Cao Yuanjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongfang Law Firm, and Liu Yu, Director of Tongfang’s Foreign-related Legal Professional Committee, along with Deputy Director Yuan Xin and Committee Member Liu Lin, warmly welcomed the guests and held a meeting for exchange. Also attending the meeting were Zhu Gang, Head of the International Exchange Department of the Shenyang People’s Association for Foreign Friendship, and Li Xiao, Deputy Director of the Office of the Shenyang People’s Association for Foreign Friendship.
