Recently, the Shenyang Intellectual Property Protection Center issued a notice announcing the list of experts in the pool of advisors for handling overseas intellectual property disputes. Attorney Zhang Dandan from Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm has been successfully selected as an expert on this list.

The pool of expert consultants for guiding responses to overseas intellectual property disputes fully leverages the “think tank” role of its experts, focusing on the key challenges and pain points encountered in handling such disputes abroad. It establishes channels for collecting and disseminating information on overseas intellectual property matters, sets up a guidance and coordination mechanism for enterprises facing overseas IP disputes, and enhances enterprises’ awareness of IP risk prevention and their capacity to respond effectively to disputes as they expand internationally. Zhang Dandan, member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Nationalist Party, holds a dual bachelor’s degree (in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and in English from Huazhong University of Science and Technology). Her areas of expertise include: foreign-related disputes, contract disputes, company-related disputes, and financial disputes.
