On December 8, 2023, the Party Committee of Tongfang organized all party members to attend a Party class training session themed “Drawing on Experiences and Strength from Party History to Promote the Development of Our Law Firm.” The Party class was led by Lawyer Cao Yuanjun, Secretary of the Tongfang Party Committee. Secretary Cao guided all party members. Learn about and understand the Communist Party’s history of striving forward, cultivate a correct view of unity, and promote the law firm to truly unite as one and achieve its long-term development goal of a century.

During the Party class training, Party Secretary Cao Yuanjun, an attorney, led all Party members in reviewing the Party’s development journey, which encompasses several key periods: the New Democratic Revolution period, the Socialist Revolution and Construction period, the Reform and Opening-up period, and the new era—since the 18th National Congress of the Party. The Party’s development has relied on the Communist Party of China consistently maintaining a close, flesh-and-blood bond with the people, uniting all forces that can be united, mobilizing all positive factors that can be mobilized, and maximizing the collective strength for common struggle—thus ultimately achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
By studying and gaining a deeper understanding of the Communist Party of China’s view on unity, we hope that our Party organizations, our law firms, and even individual lawyers and teams can truly achieve unity and mutual success. During the Party class training session, Secretary Cao also conveyed to all Party members the recent important instructions and requirements from higher-level Party organizations, including: urging all Party members to earnestly study the goal and positioning of Liaoning’s “Six Areas” in the new era; actively implementing the “Five Expectations” put forward by the Party Group of the Ministry of Justice, striving to become excellent lawyers who satisfy both the Party and the people; and leading everyone in studying the relevant materials.
Together in the same boat, we raise the sails and set forth—riding the wind and braving the waves for a journey of ten thousand miles.
Through this Party class, all Party members have gained a deeper understanding of the Party’s development history and its glorious journey. Party members from Tongfang expressed that they will firmly unite under the leadership of the Party organization, enhance the political literacy of lawyer Party members, and strive to become lawyers who satisfy both the Party and the people. They pledged to work together in solidarity, overcome difficulties, and, through continuous cooperation and development, strengthen their cohesion and elevate the overall growth of the lawyer Party member contingent, ensuring that Tongfang—the great ship—can sail even farther!

A member of the Communist Party of China, currently serving as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Lawyers’ Industry in Shenyang City, Vice President of the Shenyang Lawyers Association, Member of the Party Committee of the Lawyers’ Industry in Liaoning Province, and Vice President of the Liaoning Lawyers Association. Also a deputy to the Shenyang Municipal People’s Congress and a member of the Guidance Committee for Law Firm Development under the All-China Lawyers Association.
Has been honored with titles such as “Top Ten Young Lawyers of Shenyang City’s First Session,” “Outstanding Young Lawyer of Liaoning Province’s First Session,” “Outstanding Communist Party Member Lawyer in the National Legal Profession,” and “National Outstanding Lawyer.”
