Recently, at the invitation of Wang Runfeng, General Manager of the Insurance Department at the Liaoning Province Banking and Insurance Dispute Mediation Center, lawyer Wang Zhanping, Deputy Director of the Financial, Insurance, and Securities Specialized Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Lawyers Association (and Head of the Insurance Group), along with lawyer Xu Pengen, a member of the Provincial Lawyers Association’s Financial and Insurance Committee, visited the Insurance Department of the Liaoning Province Banking and Insurance Dispute Mediation Center to hold a legal symposium. This symposium marked the first joint initiative between the Provincial Lawyers Association’s Financial and Insurance Committee and the Insurance Department of the Mediation Center.

On the afternoon of May 24, 2024, lawyer Xia Jiacheng from Tongfang Law Firm delivered a vivid and insightful special legal training session on “Interpretation of Civil Code Cases” to staff members of the Benxi City branch of the Liaoning Provincial Tobacco Company.
On May 11, 2024, Dajia Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. held a special training session titled “Examining Two Core Risks and Sales Operation Risks Through Insurance Litigation Cases.” Given the current situation—where the number of insurance company litigation cases continues to rise and the judicial environment is becoming increasingly stringent—this training was specially organized to effectively control operational risks across all stages, including underwriting, policy issuance, claims handling, and sales, thereby avoiding backend litigation risks or losing litigation cases caused by improper operations or inadequate communication. The training was attended online simultaneously by legal compliance and risk control personnel from Dajia P&C’s headquarters and its 36 branch offices, with a total participation of over 200 people.
