Recently, the Shenyang Intellectual Property Protection Center issued a notice announcing the list of experts selected for the Expert Database for Guidance on Responding to Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes. Attorney Zhang Dandan from Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm has been successfully included in the list of experts providing guidance on responding to overseas intellectual property disputes.
The Liaoning Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a notice announcing the list of experts proposed for inclusion in the database for antitrust and fair competition reviews. On April 21, the 2024 Lvxin Society Dispute Resolution Forum—New Trends in the New Economic Cycle and Dispute Resolution, hosted by Lvxin Society, a well-known domestic media outlet, was held with great success in Shanghai. More than 200 experts and scholars in the field of dispute resolution, elite lawyers, general counsel from renowned enterprises, representatives from legal tech companies, and media representatives from across China attended the event. During the forum, Lvxin Society officially released its “Guide to Premium Legal Service Brands (2024): Dispute Resolution,” and presented awards such as “Law Firm with Brand Influence” and “Brand Star.”
On March 2, 2024, the 2nd “Zhi·Chasing Light” Forum on Brand Development in the Legal Services Industry and the 2023 Brand Gala of Lvxin Society were successfully held in Shanghai. Nearly 300 of China’s most active leading partners from top law firms gathered at the event.
