As the 10th National Constitution Day and the 6th “Constitution Promotion Week” approach, under the call of the higher-level Party committee, on December 4, the Party committee of Tongfang Law Firm organized members from the firm’s three Party branches to join forces with the Wen’an Road Community—where the firm is co-located—and jointly launch a public-service legal lecture event commemorating the National Constitution Day. At the event site, Tongfang’s professional lawyers delivered an engaging lecture on constitutional awareness and education for community residents. and provide relevant consultations and answers for community residents.
Special Lecture
This public lecture was delivered by Attorney Zhang Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Second Party Branch of Tongfang Law Firm. She explained the topic from three major perspectives: what the Constitution is, the historical evolution of the Constitution, and the relationship between the Constitution and our daily lives. Through watching videos, explaining legal provisions, and analyzing case studies, she provided participants with a clear and accessible explanation of legal knowledge.
Public Welfare Consultation
After the lecture, Tongfang lawyers provided thorough and professional answers to legal questions raised by residents of the Wen’an Road community. The community residents expressed high appreciation for this event.
Since its establishment, the Party Committee of Tongfang has, under the leadership of its higher-level Party organizations, actively engaged in various public welfare activities, going deep into the grassroots level. Through diverse approaches such as popularizing the law, explaining the law, and providing pro bono legal consultations, it has strived to help more ordinary citizens understand and abide by the law, thereby contributing to the building of a society governed by the rule of law.
Through this joint legal awareness campaign conducted with the Wen’an Road community, both parties have further strengthened their collaborative and co-resident relationship, making a positive contribution to creating a sound rule-of-law environment.
As the cornerstone of a country governed by the rule of law, the authority of the Constitution is sacred and inviolable. Everyone should strictly abide by the Constitution and uphold its integrity.
