On September 30, 2025, Attorney Wang Sicong, Managing Partner and Senior Partner at Tongfang Law Firm, was invited by the Fuxin Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment to deliver a special training session titled “Analysis of Litigation Risk in Administrative Penalties for Environmental Protection” for law enforcement officers from the Fuxin Municipal Bureau and its affiliated district and county bureaus.
