On July 19, 2024, Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm, Capital Information Development Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Huadun Security Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held a signing ceremony for the “Regional Strategic Cooperation Agreement” at Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm and the Huadun Big Data Research Institute. After friendly consultations, the three parties—guided by the principles of common development and honest cooperation—have established a regional strategic partnership in the field of smart cities, particularly in the area of government data operations, across the three northeastern provinces.
