September 19, 2024 The Shenyang Municipal Political and Legal System “Revitalization Guardian” Cup Post-Skill Intensive Training Event, together with the finals of the First Shenyang Lawyers’ Legal Service Skills Competition, were successfully held. This event is jointly organized by the Municipal Justice Bureau and the Municipal Lawyers Association, with strong support from the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Among the many entries submitted, Attorney Geng Luhong from Tongfang Law Firm stood out with her carefully selected case titled “Judgment in the Case of Sun Moumou Suspected of Intentional Injury.” Stand out from 90 entries. Successfully ranked among the top ten and won the Excellence Case Award.
In addition, Attorney Wang Xiyu’s case study, “Li et al. v. a Property Management Company, a Housing Development Company, and the Civil Defense Office—Case Concerning the Property Service Contract,” Attorney Yang Xingquan’s case study co-authored with Attorney Liu Kai, “A Training Services Co., Ltd. v. a Government Agency—Challenging the Legality of an Order to Demolish Illegal Structures Within a Specified Time Limit and Seeking Administrative Compensation,” the case study by Attorney Cao Yuanjun’s team, “Anti-Unfair Competition Case,” and Attorney Wang Chen’s case study, “Bankruptcy Reorganization Project of a Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.,” all received the Award for Outstanding Works thanks to their exceptional professionalism and practical value.
