On September 23, the Liaoning Province Data Element Market-Based Allocation Reform Forum and the Shenyang Economic Zone Digitalization Reform Promotion Conference were held in Shenyang. Leaders including Zhu Guoxun, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Data Administration, and Mang Qi, Director of the Shenyang Municipal Data Administration, attended and delivered speeches. Prior to the forum, the first plenary meeting of the Shenyang Digital Commerce Industry Ecosystem Alliance—along with its inaugural general assembly—was held, followed by the first session of the Shenyang Digital Commerce Industry Ecosystem Alliance’s Board of Directors, during which the list of directors for this term was reviewed and approved.
