The sea breeze stirs up heroic aspirations, and mountains and seas together compose a glorious chapter! From August 1st to 3rd, more than 150 legal professionals from Tongfang Law Firm gathered in Huludao—a dazzling gem on the shores of the Bohai Sea—to embark on a three-day team-building extravaganza themed “Uniting Hearts at Tongfang, Setting the Mountains and Seas in Motion,” blending passion with wisdom. This is a gathering that transcends geographical boundaries—a deep and integrated collaboration among both veteran and new Tongfang colleagues across 13 cities, linking the headquarters and its branches. Working hand in hand, the headquarters and branches sweat it out amid the azure seas and golden sands, sparking creativity through teamwork, and turning the “integrated” development philosophy into vivid practice. As a result, Tongfang’s humanistic spirit shines brilliantly along the shores of the Bohai Bay.

As the morning light begins to break, the Tongfang team has already set sail! Our first stop takes us straight to the Long Hui Tou Scenic Area, renowned as “the First Marvel Beyond the Pass.” Ascending the winding coastal boardwalk, step by step, we feel as though we’re riding a dragon exploring the sea—every step reveals a new breathtaking vista. When we reach the Sea-View Pavilion, perched nearly a hundred meters above sea level, and lean against its railing to gaze into the distance—the vast expanse of emerald waves in Longwan comes into full view; Ju Hua Island, like a jade jewel adorning a sapphire ribbon; and where sea and sky merge, the horizon stretches endlessly in misty splendor. This majestic spectacle instantly fills the Tongfang family with boundless pride. Amidst the clicking of cameras, smiling faces glow brilliantly against the backdrop of mountains and sea, forever etching the team’s vibrant energy into this azure landscape!

The roaring tides of the Bohai Sea resonate powerfully—Tongfang Zhihui shines like a rainbow! At three o'clock in the afternoon, a grand intellectual feast charting the course for the future kicked off spectacularly against the backdrop of sea and sky. Guided by the principle of "enhancing mutual trust, building consensus, and jointly pursuing development," the conference brought together the brightest minds from our law firm—the Chair of the Partners’ Meeting, the Director of the Assessment Committee, management consultants, members of the Management Committee, members of the Assessment Committee, secretaries of various Party branches, members of the Party Committee, heads and representatives of all branch offices—all齐聚一堂, where outstanding talents gathered to jointly sketch out a visionary blueprint.
The conference hall was alive with a tumultuous surge of ideas: With vision as their pen and passion as their ink, the participants engaged in an in-depth dialogue that not only forged a shared consensus on development but also laid out, at an early stage, the strategic direction and blueprint for the next three to five years—thus anchoring the course ahead for Tongfang’s ship.

The Bohai Night Melody begins to play, and the bonfire casts its glow upon Tongfang! As twilight gently caresses the sea’s horizon, a dazzling spectacle of starlight and flames blossoms brilliantly on the sandy beach. The remarks delivered by Chairman Yang Xingquan and Director Cao Yuanjun flowed like a warm current, igniting the torch within each Tongfang member’s heart. Speeches from heads of various branches and their representatives further echoed the spirit of “One Family Under Heaven,” resonating amid the rhythmic sound of the tides.
The succulent Bohai prawns leap and dance over the charcoal fire, while the rich aroma of fine wine reflects the flickering glow of the flames. As the moonlight climbs up the mast, a heartwarming birthday celebration brings even the waves to pause gently in their rhythmic motion. The joyful songs of "Tongfang Good Voices" and the playful antics of "Legal Eagles" transform the dinner into an ocean of merriment. Laughter chases after the waves, and the bonds among team members grow ever brighter as they’re forged through fun-filled games.
As brilliant fireworks blossomed in the night sky, their dazzling light seemed to cheer on Tongfang’s bright future. The bonfire gradually died down, yet that warmth had already been deeply etched into everyone’s heart—a romantic evening destined to be forever remembered by the waves!

On the winding ecological boardwalk, the azure sea and the brilliant blue sky complement each other, creating a natural oil painting. In the海上美术馆, waves and art dance together, allowing the soul to settle and ascend through the cleansing power of beauty.
As dusk descends and the night envelops all, a grand feast spanning time and space unfolds. The large-scale, immersive live-action drama "Right Here in Ningyuan" uses the heavens and earth as its stage, vividly bringing to life the glorious era of clashing swords and galloping horses. Where the war drums thunder, it feels as if we can see Yuan Chonghuan standing tall, sword drawn; when beacon fires blaze across the sky, we still seem to hear the iron cavalry of the Eight Banners riding forth on the waves. This historical panorama, woven together by sound, light, and electricity, stirs every spectator’s blood to boil with fervor.
As the night deepened, the lights of North Street began to bloom one after another. Families strolled leisurely through the brilliantly lit alleyways, where modern lighting and the timeless charm of the ancient city seamlessly blended together—creating the illusion of walking through a dreamy galaxy ablaze with stars. On this night, history and the future met in a wondrous encounter, adding the most extraordinary touch to the journey of Tongfang people.

In the ancient city’s streets and alleys, flying eaves and upturned corners outline the contours of history, while the sound of footsteps from Tongfang residents echoes softly on the stone-paved roads. This profound cultural heritage is just like the professional spirit that Tongfang people have steadfastly pursued—growing ever stronger through the test of time and shining even more brilliantly under the witness of history. When modern rule-of-law principles meet the civilization of this ancient city, we become even more convinced: only by taking deep root in the soil of tradition can we bring forth the most splendid flowers of the rule of law.

During our three-day rendezvous by the Bohai Sea, we’ve composed a joyful song with the splashing waves and measured history with our footprints. The towering waves at Longhuitou bear witness to the bold spirit of Tongfang people, while the rosy dawn over the Red Beach reflects the team’s sincere dedication. As the bonfire lights up the night sky, our aspirations converge beneath the starry glow; when the ancient city walls meet the spirit of the rule of law, the weight of history and professional ethos engage in a timeless dialogue across time and space.
“Heart united, rhythms echoing across mountains and seas”—these eight characters are the most moving lines of poetry along the Bohai Bay. The sparks of wisdom from strategic discussions and the joyful laughter from team-building activities alike speak to a single truth: the strength of Tongfang stems from the resonance of our hearts. Today, armed with the courage bestowed by mountains and seas and guided by the wisdom inspired by this ancient city, we are about to set sail on a new journey.
Look! Tongfang’s mighty vessel has already hoisted its sails, boldly forging ahead toward a bright future for a China ruled by law.
