The Tongfang Free Trade Zone Branch Office Has Been Officially Established.
Abstract
On December 26, 2023, with the approval of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice, Liaoning Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm was granted authorization to establish. On January 11, 2024, Liaoning Tongfang (Free Trade Zone) Law Firm officially obtained its practice license.

Introduction to the Free Trade Zone Branch
The Free Trade Zone Branch is the fifth branch established by Tongfang nationwide. The business areas of Tongfang’s Free Trade Zone Branch cover civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, enforcement proceedings, corporate legal affairs, real estate and construction engineering, ongoing legal advisory services, international trade, criminal law, intellectual property, labor disputes, corporate compliance, investment and mergers & acquisitions, government legal affairs, asset management, bankruptcy and non-performing asset disposal, and cross-border legal matters.
The Shenyang Area of the China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone boasts significant advantages from the synergy of multiple policies, a fully functional transportation hub, and the concentration of high-end manufacturing industry clusters as well as a convenient commercial and logistics service system. The functional positioning of the Shenyang Area of the Free Trade Zone is to focus on developing advanced manufacturing sectors such as equipment manufacturing, automobiles and auto parts, and aerospace equipment, as well as modern service industries including finance, technology, and logistics. This will help elevate the area’s status as a national demonstration city for new industrialization and a regional innovation and technology center in Northeast China, and build an advanced equipment manufacturing base with international competitiveness.
