2. Served as defense counsel in the case against Cheng, a financial officer at a company in Liaoning, who was charged with the crime of issuing false special value-added tax invoices and the crime of fraudulently obtaining export tax rebates; the prosecution agency decided not to prosecute.

3. Served as defense counsel in the case against Zhao, former vice principal of a senior high school in Changtu County, charged with abuse of power and dereliction of duty; the prosecution amended the indictment, reducing the number of charges.

4. As the defense lawyer in the case of Yin, a business employee of a company in Liaoning, who was accused of issuing false special value-added tax invoices, the prosecution authority decided not to prosecute.

(2) Civil and Commercial Cases:

1. Served as the defendant’s agent in the dispute over the service contract between the well-known internet celebrity, Jiang Moumou, and a certain company in Zhejiang Province; in the first-instance court, the plaintiff’s claim for damages totaling over 10 million yuan was entirely dismissed.

2. Served as the defendant’s agent in the dispute over the commercial housing sales contract between Cheng and a certain real estate development company in Liaoning Province, as well as the third party Li. In the first-instance court, the plaintiff’s entire claim was dismissed.

3. Served as the defendant’s agent in seven litigation cases involving subrogation claims brought by insurers against entities including the Liaoning Branch of a certain Chinese insurance joint-stock company, the Shenyang Branch of a certain property insurance joint-stock company, and a certain industrial company. After undergoing four rounds of litigation procedures, the defendant’s agent ultimately succeeded in having the plaintiff’s entire claim—nearly ten million yuan—dismissed.

4. Served as the defendant’s agent in the dispute case involving the right to life and the right to health among Wang, Liu, and seven other litigants; ultimately, the court ruled that our client was not liable for compensation.

5. Served as the defendant’s agent in a dispute over the right to life and the right to health involving a certain insurance company in China and a certain company of China National Petroleum Corporation, among others; after the court hearing, the plaintiff withdrew the lawsuit.

6. Served as the defendant’s agent in a dispute over an insurance contract between the Liaoning Branch of a certain Chinese insurance company and a certain carbon company; the mediation resulted in a reduction of the claim amount from over 40 million yuan to a payment of 3.5 million yuan.

7. Served as the plaintiff’s agent in the medical malpractice dispute case involving Liu and three other individuals against a certain hospital in Beipiao City; the court ruled that the defendant must compensate for all losses exceeding 1 million yuan.

8. Served as the plaintiff’s agent in the retrial case involving Liu Mou, Zhu Mou, and Liu Moumou, based on the procuratorial recommendation. The retrial judgment fully upheld all of the plaintiff’s claims, awarding damages exceeding 10 million yuan.

9. Served as the plaintiff’s agent in the contract dispute case involving Yin and Sunshine Holdings Co., Ltd., Shenyang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and others, successfully supporting the plaintiff’s entire claim amounting to over 10 million yuan.

10. Served as the agent for the applicant in the retrial of a contract dispute case between a certain company in Yingkou and Wang and Zhang, resulting in a reversal of the original two-instance judgments in the retrial.

11. Served as the agent for the second defendant in the inheritance dispute case involving Zhou Mou1, Duan Mou, and Zhou Mou2, going through six legal proceedings and ultimately obtaining a judgment dismissing all of the plaintiff’s claims totaling 22 million yuan.

(3) Administrative Cases:

1. Served as the plaintiff’s agent in a case brought by a training service company from Qinghe District, Tieling City, against the People’s Government of Qinghe District, Tieling City, alleging administrative illegality and seeking administrative compensation. The litigation lasted six years, and the court ultimately ruled that the government should compensate the plaintiff over 34 million yuan.

2. Represented Wang in an administrative reconsideration case challenging the administrative detention penalty decision issued by a sub-bureau of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau; the Shanghai Public Security Bureau subsequently issued a reconsideration decision revoking the original administrative act.
