Li Fangzhi, female, born in September 1992, from Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and a member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy. She graduated successively from the Faculty of Law at Kyushu University in Japan (Bachelor’s degree) and the Department of Literature at the Institute of Japanese Studies, Liaoning University (Master’s degree). She holds a legal professional qualification certificate, has achieved Level 1 on the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (nearly native-level proficiency), and holds an English Proficiency Level 4 certificate. She is proficient in office software such as Office and Excel. Since 2018, she has been engaged in the legal profession, having worked successively at Liaoning Fada (Shenyang) Law Firm and Liaoning Hongdingsheng Law Firm. As of October 2022, she has been working with the foreign-related team at Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm. With many years of practical legal experience, she has a thorough understanding of both Chinese and Japanese cultures and the legal systems of both countries.
