A member of the Communist Party of China, I earned my undergraduate degree from the School of Law at the China University of Labor Relations and my graduate degree from the School of Law at the University of Birmingham, where I obtained a Master’s degree in International Business Law (with Merit). I have received both the National Scholarship and the Harding Scholarship from the University of Birmingham.
