Cao Yuanjun holds a master’s degree and serves as the Party Secretary and Director of Tongfang Law Firm. He is a first-class lawyer and one of the first DCMM Data Management Professionals appointed by the China Electronic Information Industry Association. With over 20 years of experience practicing law, he has provided legal counsel or specialized legal services to nearly a hundred government agencies, enterprises, and public institutions, including the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the CPC, the People's Government of Liaoning Province, Liaoning Media Group, the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department, the Northeast Regional Office of the China Electricity Regulatory Commission, SAIC-GM (Shenyang) Beisheng Automobile Co., Ltd. (a Fortune Global 500 company), Shanghai Greenland Shenyang Green Construction Holding Group (a Fortune Global 500 company), and Liaoning Aites Technology Co., Ltd. While delivering high-quality legal services for major decision-making by Party committees and ensuring that the government administers according to law, he has also offered superior and efficient legal services to enterprises and public institutions, helping them recover economic losses totaling several billion RMB. Among the cases he has handled is the dispute between a national industrial information center and a certain Chinese association over unfair competition, which was reported by numerous media outlets, including the China Rule of Law Daily. The Supreme People's Court issued Judicial Interpretation No. (2007) Min San Ta Zi No. 16 in response to this case.

Attorney Cao Yuanjun started his career as a representative of the grassroots People's Congress. In particular, since being elected as a representative to the 16th and 17th People's Congresses of Shenyang City starting in 2017, he has submitted numerous proposals and suggestions in areas such as safeguarding people’s livelihoods, epidemic prevention and control, paying attention to industry development, and building a business environment governed by the rule of law, demonstrating strong capabilities in performing his duties.
