I obtained my lawyer’s practicing certificate in 1998 and began working full-time as a lawyer. I have served—or currently serve—as the long-term legal counsel for more than thirty government agencies, public institutions, and large, medium, and small-sized enterprises, including Shengjing Bank, the Shenyang Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, the Shenyang Branch of Zhejiang Commercial Bank, the Shenyang Branch of Bohai Bank, Shenyang Water Affairs Group, Liaoning Aide Media Group, He’s Ophthalmology Hospital, Huachen Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shenyang Municipal Transportation Bureau, Huayang International Building Group, Shenyang Chest Hospital, Shenyang Canal Management Office, and Shenyang Hetai Real Estate Group.
To date, I have been involved in the bankruptcy reorganization of more than ten enterprises, including China Nonferrous (Shenyang) Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd., Shenyang Xingchen Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Fushun Cement Plant, and Liaoning Radio and Television Press.
