Working alongside Attorney Liu Qinqun’s legal team, I have primarily handled civil and commercial litigation cases, including disputes over private lending, construction engineering disputes, marital and family disputes, labor contract disputes, and sales contract disputes. In the course of handling these cases, I have been responsible for drafting civil complaints, civil responses, pleadings, and other relevant legal documents, as well as providing corresponding legal advice. I have also assisted other team members in offering clients legal consultations on contractual matters, providing analyses of legal risks, and giving legal opinions on disagreements and disputes arising during negotiations. Furthermore, I have drafted, revised, and reviewed contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for client organizations—for instance, assisting enterprises in reviewing, drafting, revising, and perfecting employment contracts; preparing bid documents; drafting legal documents; and formulating legal opinions. I have also verified corporate claims, handled corporate bankruptcy claim filings, participated in feasibility studies and investigations related to various projects, issued legal opinions, contributed to the development of implementation plans for these projects, and provided comprehensive legal protection measures. All of this has been done with a serious and responsible attitude, ensuring the safeguarding of clients’ legitimate rights and interests.
