Ma Yunhe, PhD in Law, former Associate Professor at the China Criminal Police College and graduate supervisor. He was selected for the 2015-2016 National “Double Thousand Plan” and served as Deputy Team Leader of the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Anshan Public Security Bureau in Liaoning Province on secondment. He has extensive experience working as a full-time legal counsel in large state-owned enterprises and has long been dedicated to theoretical research and practical application in the fields of criminal law, corporate law, financial law, digital law, competition and antitrust law, and corporate compliance.
