Attorney Li Bin graduated from China University of Political Science and Law. In 2002, he passed the first National Judicial Examination and obtained his legal practice qualification certificate. In March 2003, he joined Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm and currently serves as a partner. With over twenty years of full-time legal practice experience, he has represented hundreds of civil, criminal, and administrative litigation cases.
