During my 27-year career as a full-time lawyer, I have represented and participated in numerous significant litigation and enforcement cases—including arbitration proceedings as well as civil, commercial, intellectual property, and real estate disputes—gaining extensive experience in litigation representation. I have provided litigation representation services or served as legal counsel for many foreign-invested enterprises and private companies. In non-litigation legal services, I have been involved in the design and legal confirmation of the overall structure of investment projects, conducted various negotiations during the implementation of investment projects, drafted and revised corporate contracts, articles of association, and other legal documents, and addressed a wide range of issues arising during the investment process. I have also participated throughout the entire due diligence process prior to foreign-invested companies’ investments in domestic enterprises and foreign acquisitions and mergers, ultimately producing detailed and thorough due diligence reports. Furthermore, I have dedicated myself to systematically analyzing and interpreting the Civil Code, Company Law, intellectual property law, and other related laws and normative documents. I possess profound specialized knowledge and a solid theoretical foundation in areas such as the Property Rights Section, Contract Section, and Tort Liability Section of the Civil Code, as well as in the Company Law, Labor Contract Law, Patent Law, Trademark Law, and Copyright Law. I have accumulated substantial expertise and rich practical experience in judicial practice and social work.
