Liaoning Tongfang (Fuxin) Law Firm was approved for establishment in August 2025. Formerly known as Liaoning Wance Law Firm, which has been deeply rooted in the local legal services sector, it represents a key strategic node in Tongfang Law Firm’s expansion into northwestern Liaoning and its efforts to enhance the province-wide legal service network.
