Attorney Liu Yu, of Han ethnicity, was born in March 1986 and holds a bachelor’s degree. He began practicing law on June 20, 2018, and currently practices at Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyushu University in Japan and possesses a solid legal foundation as well as extensive practical experience. For many years, he has focused exclusively on foreign-related legal services, providing professional legal support to various foreign-invested enterprises and financial institutions. His services cover a wide range of areas, including cross-border litigation representation, corporate establishment and liquidation, and mergers and acquisitions.
