Han Jia is an associate professor of law, a visiting scholar at Peking University, a practicing lawyer, and an arbitrator at several arbitration institutions in Shenyang, Dalian, and other cities. She is also a mediator at the People's Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes in Shenyang City. As a key author of the “Guidelines for Compliance Development of Private Enterprises in Shenyang City” and the “Guidelines for Data Compliance of Enterprises in Shenyang City,” she teaches courses such as “Corporate Compliance and Corporate Governance” and “The Role and Procedures of Commercial Arbitration.” She has represented numerous dispute cases before courts and arbitration institutions including the Supreme People’s Court, the Provincial Higher People’s Court, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and the Beijing Arbitration Commission. She has provided legal services to a wide range of enterprises and public institutions, including Liaoning Transportation Investment Co., Ltd., the Shenyang Branch of Harbin Bank Co., Ltd., Shenyang Chenyu Construction Group Co., Ltd., Liaoning Transportation Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Liaoning Aites Intelligent Transportation Technology Co., Ltd., the Education Bureau of Heping District in Shenyang City, and No. 126 Middle School in Shenyang City. She has long been dedicated to theoretical and practical research in areas such as the business environment, commercial arbitration, and corporate compliance.
