A Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, I officially obtained my full-time lawyer’s practice certificate in 2015. My practice primarily focuses on litigation-related legal matters in the fields of construction engineering, real estate, and civil and commercial disputes; as well as legal advisory services for corporations, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and compliance-related matters. I am particularly skilled in drafting legal documents, preparing contract drafts, conducting contract reviews, and handling litigation and arbitration cases involving construction engineering contracts, real estate disputes, contract disputes, private lending disputes, and loan contract disputes. Since beginning my practice, I have represented hundreds of cases, participated extensively in pre-trial preparations and court hearings, and accumulated rich practical experience in courtroom proceedings as well as the ability to analyze and resolve legal issues effectively.
