From August 2004 to July 2008, I studied Materials Chemistry at Shenyang University of Architectural and Civil Engineering and earned a bachelor’s degree. After graduation, I first worked as a mainframe engineer at Donghua Software Co., Ltd., where I gained solid professional experience. In May 2022, I made a career transition into the legal profession and, in July 2023, joined Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm as an employed lawyer, embarking on a new career path.
During my legal practice, I have been deeply involved in the corporate legal affairs of Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Urban Construction & Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd., and am highly proficient in handling various litigation and non-litigation cases. I excel in drafting legal documents, preparing legal opinions, and compiling due diligence reports. Additionally, I possess strong expertise in drafting and reviewing corporate business contracts. My areas of practice cover a wide range of fields, including corporate legal matters, contract disputes, creditor-debtor disputes, as well as compensation for personal injury and property damage.
