Personal Profile

Attorney Zhang Liwei formerly served as a judge in the Criminal Trial Division of the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court and held the position of Senior Judge of Grade IV. He was among the first group of tenured judges appointed by the Liaoning Provincial Court system. During his eight years of judicial practice, he handled over 1,500 criminal cases of various types and achieved remarkable political, legal, and social outcomes. For three consecutive years, he was recognized as an outstanding case-handling expert within the Shenyang court system.

After starting my career as a lawyer, I assembled a professional team and led it in handling over 670 litigation and non-litigation cases, all of which achieved excellent results. Among the enforcement cases I handled, the largest involved an amount exceeding 500 million RMB. Relying on my professional and precise legal expertise, I ultimately helped the judgment debtor avoid losses totaling nearly 100 million RMB.

Awards Received

In April 2003, I was awarded a Lei Feng Commemorative Medal by the Directly Affiliated Work Department of the Shenyang Military Region Command and was also honored with a Third-Class Merit.
In March 2012, I was recognized by the Working Committee of Directly-Affiliated Organs of Shenyang City as an Advanced Individual in the “Hundred Posts Excellence” initiative in Shenyang City.
In January 2016, was recognized as an outstanding civil servant and a skilled case handler within the Shenyang City Court system.
In 2021, I was recognized as an Outstanding Lawyer by Liaoning Tongfang Law Firm.
