Attorney Kong Qingxin specializes primarily in tort law, finance, and contract law. She has long served as the legal counsel for the Liaoning Branch of China Ping An Insurance Company Limited and boasts extensive experience in handling disputes related to traffic accidents, personal injury, insurance, and contracts. Although she has dabbled slightly in criminal cases, most of the criminal cases she has handled have resulted in suspended sentences. She has successfully represented clients in cases involving China Merchants Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, and Postal Savings Bank, generally achieving their intended litigation objectives. In foreign-related corporate and trust matters, she has established certain overseas connections, with primary collaborations in Australia, Italy, and Canada.
In the financial loan contract dispute between the Shenyang Branch of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. and a certain company, as the agent for the plaintiff bank, I ensured the smooth progress of the litigation proceedings through investigation and on-site visits, thereby helping the bank recover its losses. In a series of contract disputes between a Guangdong-based company and a branch of Shanghai Red Star Macalline Brand Management Co., Ltd., in over forty cases, as the agent for the plaintiff, I actively collected evidence and accurately applied the law throughout both the first-instance and second-instance proceedings. Although the court dismissed the plaintiff’s claims in the first instance, the judge fully adopted our arguments in the second instance and issued a revised judgment, thereby safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved. In representing a certain company in the construction engineering contract dispute with a branch of China Construction Third Bureau, as the agent for the plaintiff, I meticulously analyzed the facts of the case and precisely interpreted the applicable laws, ultimately securing full support for the plaintiff’s claims and effectively protecting the plaintiff’s legitimate rights and interests.
