A graduate of Dalian University of Technology, Attorney Liu Zhihan joined Tongfang Law Firm in 2016. She has extensive experience serving as a long-term legal counsel for financial institutions, handling related debt-collection cases as well as complex and challenging litigation matters. She also has significant experience serving as a long-term legal counsel for real estate development and real estate marketing companies, with a deep understanding of corporate law and comprehensive corporate governance legal matters. She specializes in providing end-to-end legal services to financial institutions, real estate projects, and public infrastructure projects.
