Practicing since 1996, with 29 years of experience, I am a Grade-II lawyer. During my practice, I have repeatedly participated in the legal review of major decision-making processes undertaken by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and have represented our city in numerous large-scale economic cases, helping the involved entities recover substantial economic losses and achieving both positive social and economic outcomes. I have set a fine professional example within the industry and have received widespread social recognition and acclaim. Currently, I serve as legal counsel for numerous government agencies and large enterprises, including the Pingshan District Government, the Bureau of Finance, the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, the Bureau of Ecological Environment, and the Enforcement Team of the Transportation Bureau.

Social position

Currently serves as Vice President of the Liaoning Provincial Lawyers Association, Party Secretary of the Lawyers’ Industry in Benxi City under the CPC, President of the Benxi Lawyers Association, Director of Liaoning Xuantong Law Firm, Legal Counsel to the Benxi Municipal Party Committee, and Chief Legal Consulting Expert for Benxi City. Was a delegate to the 10th National Congress of the All China Lawyers Association in 2021 and a delegate to the 13th Party Congress of Benxi City under the CPC.

Awards Received

In 2000, I was awarded the title of “Civilized Lawyer” by the Justice Bureau of Benxi City.
In 2006, was named “Judicial and Administrative Officer Satisfying the People” by the Justice Bureau of Benxi City.
Elected as a member of the 10th Liaoning Provincial Youth Federation in 2011.
In 2013, was named an Outstanding Lawyer in Benxi City.
Was rated as a Grade II lawyer in 2015.
In 2017, I was awarded the title of “Advanced Worker” for the year 2016 in Benxi City’s judicial administration system by the Benxi City Justice Bureau.
Elected as the president of the Benxi Lawyers Association for the fifth term in 2017.
In 2018, was named one of Benxi City’s “Top Ten Rule-of-Law Figures.”
Elected as Vice President of the 9th Liaoning Provincial Lawyers Association in 2019.
In 2021, was recognized as an outstanding member of the 13th Committee of the CPPCC in Benxi City.
In 2023, he was elected Secretary of the Party Committee of the Lawyers’ Industry in Benxi City and President of the Benxi Lawyers Association.
