Personal Profile
Currently, I serve as the Vice President of the Law Society of Ping Shan District, Benxi City; a member of the Land and Real Estate Law Specialized Committee of the Liaoning Lawyers Association; and the Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Legal Committee of the Benxi Lawyers Association. I also provide legal counsel to numerous government agencies and institutions. I have participated multiple times in major decision-making and review processes undertaken by government agencies, offering professional legal opinions from a legal perspective to ensure that government decisions and actions are lawful, reasonable, and feasible. In total, I have participated in 200 legal analyses involving important government meetings, normative documents, and major administrative decisions, as well as over 100 litigation and reconsideration cases. Time and again, I have put forward high-quality suggestions and recommendations, effectively demonstrating the crucial role lawyers play as legal advisors to the government.
