From 2013 to 2017, during my study and work period in South Korea, I provided legal advisory services to Chinese citizens and enterprises residing in Korea, as well as to Korean citizens. My services covered a wide range of civil and criminal legal matters, including legal advice on real estate purchase, sale, and lease disputes; legal advice on investment and immigration matters; legal advice on telecommunications fraud cases; and legal advice on refugee relief matters.
From 2020 to 2025, served as an overseas correspondent for the Korea Mine Safety and Health Corporation, providing it with mining legal advice in China and legal advice on North Korean mining matters.
We have maintained excellent communication with the Korean judicial practice community and legal research institutions for a long time. We specialize in non-litigation legal advisory services involving foreign-related matters, such as legal advice on foreign direct investment, intergovernmental criminal justice assistance, and outbound investments.
My main research areas include constitutional law as well as Korean law, North Korean law, and issues related to the Korean Peninsula. My published monographs include “A Constitutional Study on China’s General Local Autonomy System” and “An Introduction to Korean Constitutional Law.” I have also participated in the compilation of works such as “Selected Translations of South Korea’s Political Party Regulations and Internal Party Rules,” “An Introduction to Korean Law,” and “A Compilation of Korean Laws.” Among my published papers are “A Study on the Legislative Improvement of Prohibiting the Burning of Ritual Offerings in Urban Areas,” “The Main Contents and Evaluation of South Korea’s ‘Law on the Development of Inter-Korean Relations,’” “The Unification Policy Between Mainland China and Taiwan,” “A Study on Age Discrimination in Employment for Older People in China,” and “A Study on the Legal Framework for Protecting the Rights and Interests of Older People in China.”
