Attorney Fu Zanru has been practicing law since 2014, specializing primarily in administrative law and government legal affairs, as well as criminal litigation. She serves as legal counsel to numerous state organs and public institutions, including the Liaoning Provincial Corps of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force, the Liaoning Provincial Bureau for Business Environment Development, the Shenyang Municipal Sports Bureau, the Shenyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Shenyang Municipal Land Reserve Service Center, the Shenyang Municipal Administrative Enforcement Detachment for Natural Resources Protection, Shenyang Open University, the Shenyang Foreign Affairs Service School, the People's Government of Heping District in Shenyang, and the Tiexi Branch of the Shenyang Public Security Bureau. She has also served as defense counsel for major criminal defendants, including Wang, former Assistant General Manager of the China Gold Group Corporation; Wang, Deputy Director of a government demolition office; and Jin, the principal offender in a case involving the smuggling of precious metals.
